Windows Powerchute serial agent 1.4 connected to SmartUPS 750i fails to log events and data locally (mails work)

Hi

Running Powerchute serial agent 1.4 on Windows connected USB to SmartUPS 750i.

In Powerchute everything seems to work except event and data logging. When I go to the logging pages there is no data at all and logging setup is set to 1 month logging for both.

If I setup mail and enable all events for mail I receive all event-mails as expected.

I have 5 similar setups on other servers where local logging works perfectly. 

How do I enable the local logging ?
