When to replace the battery?

Hi

I have a BR900G which was purchased in June 2014. apcaccess reports the manufacturing date of the battery as August 2013.

For the purposes of replacing the battery after 3 years, should we go from the manufacturing date?

It would be better to use the manufacturing date of the battery.
