When plugged into ups PC makes a squealing noise whenever I start playing a game
I just purchased a CyberPower PC, and plugged it into my Back-UPS ES 600M1, but whenever I start to play a game, there is this squealing sound that comes from the PC, I think from the speaker. I called CyberPower, and they had me unplug the PC from the UPS and plug it into the wall, and when I did that, when I start a game, it no longer makes the squealing sound. So it has to be something with the UPS, but I have no idea what it could be. CyberPower said I should contact APC for help, but since they don't seem to have a support phone number, I came here hoping someone could help.

What does APC Power Chute indicate is the power draw from the unit when the game is playing?!?
This specific unit supports only up to 330 watts. If the system is reaching the supported maximum load this may be why you’re hearing this sound.
You may also conduct an interim test by connecting the computer and nothing else (No Monitor) to the surge only outlets and report back the behaviour while playing a game.
If the sound is not heard report back this observation. Next connect the monitor to the surge only outlet and repeat the test and report back your observations.
If the sound appears replace the monitor with a similar load and repeat. If the sound goes away using a different but similar load (watts) the sound is caused by the monitor.
You may confirm if the sound is being caused by the computer simply by using a similar load (watts) on both the protected / surge only outlets.
Ideally you’ll want to test with both resistive and reactive loads to ensure root cause.
