I installed new batteries and everything worked fine. I unplugged everything months later to do a thorough clean-up of my office. After plugging everything back in, the APC light shows that it is under battery power, occasionally jumping to on-line power for a fraction of a second. What could be the cause of this? I don't want to burn out my new batteries.
Also, is it possible to buy an APC without batteries?

Hello,
What model UPS do you have? You will find the information on the bar code stick on the back or bottom of the UPS.
