without a specific Back UPS 500 model, that is all I could find documented for a few models I checked.

As we have many different models that could be called "Back UPS ES 500" I checked a few and it seems like the charging wattage is about 3W. I assume you could maybe figure out amps and volts with that maybe?

Based on ohms law, a 3 watt charging circuit for this ups (which I'm 99% sure has a single 12 volt 6 or 7.2 Amp-hour cell) would be capable of putting out about 250 milliamps (mA) DC max. 3 Watts seems a bit on the low side, are you certain that's correct, Angela ?
