I just bought a new PC with Win7. I have an APC UPS, BE750G that I've been using with an XP PC. I installed the CD that came with it, now I get messages that the PC can't communicate with the UPS. When I open up the pgm, it takes a few seconds, then it shows that everything is OK. Can you help?

Chris,
Yes, the data cable is connected, and when I open the pgm, it shows OK. The attached jpeg shows this.

Do you have the data cable(usb cable) connected from the UPS to the computer? If so, could you take a screenshot of the powerchute program so we can see if its communicating?
