WARRANTY CARD NOT ISSUED WITH THE BACK UPS

Hi all,

Today only I received the Back UPS with model number BX600C-IN. But as suggested I did not get the warranty card along with it. When I opened the UPS cover below that it was marked with a seal as 'WARRANTY VOID If THE SEAL Is BROKEN'. How to avail the warranty?

If you purchased a new unit from a retailer and the sticker was tampered with then I'd return it to the retailer and ask for a replacement.

Yes Brian I did that yesterday after having googling out. But does that mean I would get the 2years warranty with my product? Because I mentioned that the seal was tampered.

I don't know about the warranty. As I am a end user like you.

I did not see the sticker was tampered with. In your message's attachment.

I hope APC will answer your question with more details.
