At what voltage does the ES350 shut down when running on Battery. It appears to be 12.5, but I would like to confirm this. Is it possible to change this?

I did over 20 tests to see why the UPS was shutting down when there was clearly voltage left in the battery. Sometimes it would shut down when the battery had 12.7v, sometimes it would shutdown when the battery had 11.5v. The only consistent thing was that the UPS never ran for more then an hour. We buy about 5 UPS's a month for specific, very low amp applications.

i assume you are talking about the battery voltage? there is certainly no way to modify it but i am not sure exactly what the voltage is personally.
may i ask if there is an issue with it? generally, if the battery reaches that point (whether it is battery voltage or runtime remaining), then it will go into low voltage sleep mode - when theres a power failure. it will wait till AC power returns and then turn back on.

I figured out that the issue is not the voltage, but that the UPS shuts down after one hour, no matter what the battery is. Are there any units that will not shut down after an hour?

where are you seeing this? in general, a UPS should run for as long as it can on battery, which could be more than an hour if the battery is big enough or the load is small enough.there may be a software setting you are seeing or something.
can you clarify how you came to this conclusion so we can help?
