Using Back-UPS 1500 connected to Windows Server 2019 via USB
A year ago I installed a Back-UPS 1500 to a server running Windows Server 2019 and connected it using a USB cable. I installed PCBE 9.0 but then couldn't log into the console and it wouldn't accept the credentials I had setup and I couldn't figure out how to update the credentials as all I found was for later versions of PCBE.
So I uninstalled v9.0 and installed the latest which is 10. It installed but couldn't find the UPS. Research led me to find that PCBE cannot see USB connections, only Comm ports and that PCPE works with USB but PCPE won't install on Windows Server OS, only Windows Desktop OS.
