USB Charging ports stopped working

I recently purchased an APC Pro 1500 and it seems that the USB charging port has stopped working. I was able to verify that the charging cord is working fine.

If you are using a APC Back UPS Pro ups there is no way that the USB output can be turned off which means the UPS may be faulty contact APC with your model and serial number the APC Back UPS has a  3 year warranty.
