I am receiving an alarm and mentioning "INTERNAL RBC DISCONNECTED".
Could you please help me.

Have you checked if the batteries are connected? If yes, then check the fuse (there's usually a fuse linking the batteries).
If that (those) fuse is (are) OK, then check the on board fuse. Usually labeled f3 depending on the model of the ups.
