UPS Status Smart-UPS X 2000 Error!!!! Please help

About 2 hours ago we had a power surge and the break that this unit was pulgged in to tripped. The unit was tripping the breaker and shut off all output power and showed fault

2 Critical Alarms Present

A power factor correction fault exists.
The output power is turned off.

the unit says to contact support i have included the display page and logs below let me know if i need to replace my unit thanks
