UPS And Voltage regulator
Hello!
I was wondering if it's okay to plug my BX700U-GR to a voltage regulator because the local power is quite unstable! or the UPS itself works as a voltage regulator?
Thank you

Hi,
Yes it can be done however you should check local electric code.

The unit offers Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) Automatically steps up low voltage and steps down high voltage to levels that are suitable for your equipment. If the incoming power is to high or to low the UPS will switch to battery. If the unit is switching to battery often due to bad incoming power you may want to add an external voltage regulator but as mentioned earlier you should check local electric code before doing so.

Thanks for clarifying it, you just saved me from unforeseen circumstances as I had no voltage regulator attached but only the wide voltage range output dc dc boost converter, despite having bad incoming Power.
I just attached an additional voltage regulator that make me feel safe now.
