Helllo, i would like to inquire abaut the problem UPS APC Back-UPS 1100 experienced a long alarm. When trund ON with the battrey, and the after a few seconds shutdown by itself.
What the solution?

Hi Khalil,
I'm assuming your using the BX1100CI-MS unit. The "Long Alarm" is likely a constant tone from the unit. Usually there will be a visual LED indicator associated with the constant tone to help identify the source of the issue. Below I have attached the Users Manual for this device which should help you in narrowing down the issue.
Please look on Page 4 of this manual for "Status Indicators", as well as page 6 for "Troubleshooting".
