Is there any way to to adjust the transfer voltage on the BK350 (Back-UPS CS 350)?
Can this be done by use of the front panel pushbutton (by pressing the front panel pushbutton fully inward for 10 seconds)?
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

By default, the unit is set to a High sensitivity which means it could transfer to battery if one of the following voltage disturbances occurs:
High/Low/No RMS Voltage, Total Harmonic Distortion(THD), Change in Voltage over Time(dv/dt), Frequency (Hz) out of tolerance.

here are the steps to adjust the UPS sensitivity and transfer voltage.
1. Plug the Back-UPS into good utility power. Make sure the unit is off and the battery is connected.
2. Press the front panel push button fully inward for 10 seconds. All the indicators on the unit will flash acknowledging it is now in programming mode. (The utility power must be acceptable for this to work)
3. The unit will then indicate its current lower transfer voltage:
a. One LED lit the lower transfer voltage is set to 88V and “Low” Sensitivity.
b. Two LEDs lit the lower transfer voltage is set to 92V and “Medium” Sensitivity.
c. Three LEDs lit the lower transfer voltage is set to 96V and “High” Sensitivity.
4. To select 88V as the lower transfer voltage and “Low” sensitivity, press the push button until 1 LED is flashing.
5. To select 92V as the lower transfer voltage and “Medium” sensitivity, press the push button until 2 LED is flashing.
6. To select 96V as the lower transfer voltage and “High” sensitivity, press the push button until 3 LED is flashing.
7. Once in programming Mode, if the push button is not depressed again in a 5 second span, the unit will exit the programming mode, and all LEDs will be extinguished.

Another question (hope I am not burdening you). Does the BK350 (Back-UPS CS 350) switches to battery, even if it's for a second or less, if the input voltage falls out of the UPS's threshold? Also, what other factors, other than a blackout, would cause the BK350 (Back-UPS CS 350) to switch to battery?
