Hello,
We have bought an SUA3000RMI2U. The UPS is in a network configuration with 2 other PC's. Via a switch and 3G router the UPS has internet access.
The network provider has told us that the following smtp server should be used: mail.kpnmail.nl. No useraccount or password is needed and port 25 is used for sending e-mail. As far as I can tell, everything should work, but it doesn't. We get the following error messsage 'Test e-mail failed; smtp configuration error'. The primary DNS is set as the gateway address of the router: 192.168.1.1.
Any help to solve this issue is much appreciated.

We sorted out the problem. It appeared that the e-mail server had to be set to external (recipient) and not to local.
