hello,
I am having a problem with my APC SCL500RM1UC, since last week the network light is flashing 4 times in green and then repeats. I have no connection to SmartConnect portal.
I have tried multiple network switches, no joy. Occasionally if I leave it for a couple of days it will connect, and the network light goes solid green. Once I disconnect, the problem returns.
I have contacted USA support, and they tell me there are reports of this problem. Anyone else with this?

I have the same. Furthermore, I get repeated errors from my NAS saying it has lost connection to my UPS and seconds later another message saying it has restored. This happens multiple times a day.
this morning, my UPS was off when I got home for no apparent reason. I didn’t get a message about “on battery” from my UPS which is mostly a reliable indicator of a power outage so I think the APC crashed. I’m beginning to regret this purchase.
