Smart UPS RT 15KVA question

Good Day,

I have a friend seeking advice, he is a system administrator in a company. they are going to add a 15KVA smart rt UPS to their Data Center, main power supply is 380V. the question is, is it necessary to install isolation transformer?

we might want to verify but all i can say right now for sure is that it is able to take 400v 3ph, N, G, connections input (or single phase 230v). is the 380v they are inputting set up that way as well? (i assume it is buy hey i will double check).

i will see if i can find anything else out.
