Hi All
Guys need your help me again on my ups I have some issue on SUA15000I, S/N: AS0151131023 i think its a calibration or setting, after we replace the battery its show only 2 bars on the battery load side, i let the ups charge over night and its show a fully charge. I try to unplug the main supply and the UPS operate on battery then i plug back in the supply very thing is working fine, and then i try to unplug again the main supply but the battery was drop to 1 bar and the LEd is blinking w/ beeping..., Do i know what is wrong w/ our ups? or do i need any further test.. BTW, no load is connected w/ the upe during the test i done.

Thanks for the info, im not able to use the software to perform the runtime calibraton because i don't have the PCBE, so what i did was i let the ups run on battery, until its off, then i charge it again., so far quit ok already..

Perform a manual runtime calibration to resolve this issue. You can find the manual runtime calibration instructions here. In case if the manual runtime calibration does not correct the situation, you may need to call in the regional Customer Care Center for the instructions on how to adjust the battery constant in the UPS through hyper terminal by using the serial cable that came with the UPS.
