SU1400 with new batteries wont work

Hi everyone! I have an old SU1400 ups. It was working properly until about half year ago batteries died. Today i bought brand new batteries to revive my ups. I connected them properly, and plugged device to power (230V).
All leds blinked once, there was one beep and fan started running, then fan stopped and i hear ups is "buzzing", and the green light signed "sensitivity" (second next to rs com port) on back of ups is lightning, and that's all, nothing more happens. I pressed both buttons in many ways but it gives me nothing. And there is no power outgoing from ups. What should i do?

Hi, i gave up and passed ups to service. They told me that main part was all right - but front board with leds and buttons proved to be defective, so they will change this part. Thanks anyway!
