SRV1KI-e not detected by PowerChute

I installed the SRV v2.7.0.0 driver and windows detected it as `USB-SERIAL CH341` by wch.cn.

If after installing the driver you install PowerChute Serial Shutdown, it should auto-detect the UPS on COM3. If you already had PowerChute Serial Shutdown installed, and manually selected a different port (not COM3), then you should uninstall and re-install. Hope this helps.

when installing PowerChute Serial Shutdown, it doesn't detect my UPS
