SMART UPS not so smart! (grin)

Hi Folks,

End user in this case - Smart UPS 1500 on power chute for some odd reason the UPS keeps telling me randomly that the batteries in the UPS are "discharged" - just started showing up a month ago and the batteries are new in OCT of 21.

I get the email from the alert service - I login to the UPS and check the  Battery Management under SMART-UPS1500 on the green menu in the browser and I get back:

Battery Status

Battery Status             = Normal
Battery Charge           = 100.0  %
Battery Voltage           = 27.3 VDC
Runtime Remaining    = 25  Minutes

- Predictive Battery Replacement
Battery Installation Date      10  (mm)    2021   (yyyy)

Replacement Battery     Re-Order Battery

So it's all happy and good but what's causing these constant " battery discharged" event?
