I have bought 7 new APC UPS devices spread over 3 different models over the past several months. The models are BE550G, BR1000MS and BR1500MS2.
All of the devices showed up in good shape and are working as expected, which is great.
One disappointment is that for all of these UPS devices there is a 'Quality Assurance Test' printout on narrow paper that is signed off by someone.
All 7 of them are printed so faintly that they are unreadable!
Can the QA facilities be upgraded so that these printouts are readable so we can see what tests are done?
