I just installed a new replacement battery in my Back-UPS BR 800. Monitoring it via my NAS, I noticed it just drained right down and never charged. Now it's at 0%. Is there some sort of reset I need to do on the UPS when installing a replacement battery? Thanks.

Is it a genuine APC battery? There is no reset for the UPS to start charging, only if you have a solid replace battery LED would you need to do a UPS self test.
Another thing you could do is verify with the data cable attached and a non-critical UPS load, is to pull the plug on the UPS to see if it actually runs on battery power even though it reports 0%.
Lastly, did this happen with your old battery or contribute to the reason of why you replaced the battery? Just curious if there is another problem here too.
