Replacement Battery Return Label

Does a prepaid battery return label only come with replacement batteries sold directly from APC/Online Store, or do they come with any APC battery sold by third party vendors (e.g. Newegg) ?

If I decide to go the Trade-UPS route, I presume that a prepaid shipping label is provided for the old UPS that's being traded up?
