Remaining battery charge 73% after pulling plug on new BR1500MS
I purchased a new BR1500MS a few days ago and charge has been at 100% with a 9 watt load per PowerChute. The unit has been plugged in for a number of days. Today I decided to test runtime by pulling the plug and 'Remaining battery charge' in PowerChute indicated 75%. In addition, the front display on unit also only showed 4 out of 5 battery bars immediately after pulling the plug. Please advise as to why I'm seeing this behavior. Thanks
