I have had an account on the web site for years. Now, all of a sudden, I cannot log into the My Support area to update my profile. It just tells me my username/password is invalid. This is after I am already logged in the site.
Also, nothing can be downloaded from the Software & Firmware area. Every download times out before reaching 1 MB. I tried to chat online with a tech about this and they gave me the username/password apcapc but the same thing happens?
Can anyone tell me what to do?

Atleast thats some progress. Have you already tried using the "I forgot my password" section of the My Support login page? There should be an area for you to enter the email address that was used to create your account, and the password or instructions for resetting the password for that account should be emailed to that address.
You also mentioned earlier that you were being told that your login credentials weren't valid even though you were already logged in. What did you mean by that, and how do you know that you were already logged in? Are you able to log out?

I just logged in with apcapc as the username and apcapc as the password, and I was able to log in and download with no problem. Have you tried deleting the cookies from your browser, or trying with a different browser?

I did delete my cookies and all temp internet files before I tried. I download files all the time, so it is not the browser. I have a fractional T-1 connection with about 543 kb/s download speed.

It turns out it is something about the browser that is causing the download issue. But I cannot log into the support area of the website to change my profile. Something is wrong with it.
