I have another same unit which works perfect, so iI know how to use them

I've had a couple of the larger Back-UPS Pro units do this out of the box. I'd double check the battery installation just to be sure, and if that checks out, you can try resetting the unit:
1. Safely power down the attached load if there is one. Unplug anything attached to the UPS.
2. Turn the UPS off and unplug it from the wall outlet.
3. Remove the battery from the UPS.
4. Hold down the UPS's power button. Don't be surprised if the UPS reacts briefly.
5. Reconnect the battery and plug the UPS back in. The UPS will charge regardless of whether it is turned on or off. If possible, let it charge for 8 hours. Reconnect anything attached to the UPS.
If you still have trouble, I'd contact APC support. However, if you are using the PowerChute Personal Edition software, you can tell the UPS that its battery has been changed. Sometimes this will prod a truly uncooperative unit into working properly. I've only had to do it once on a brand new unit out of many hundreds that I've set up over the years.

Thank you, I found that one of the wires was not connected to the battery. Problem solved.
