Hello,
We just put in an APC Back-UPS 1500 yesterday and Powerchute shows the battery charge to be 10%. It hasn't moved at all since yesterday. Any ideas as to why?
This was a brand-new APC (though it was sitting in storage for about 6 months or so). We want to be sure it's working properly.
