I see PowerChute Serial Shutdown is not compatible with Windows 11 Home version. So what am I supposed to update my PowerChute Personal edition to?

Also having trouble with this.
The SMC1000iC type UPS - when replacing the battery I used to use powerchute serial shutdown software to change the battery date. Apparently that software does not work with windows 11. There is no network smartslot available so I dont know how to reset the battery dates.

There are three options depending upon your environment and service factors.
Power Chute: Update the battery installation date using PCSS on a older Windows OS. Obtain a legacy copy of PCBE from APC Technical Support and reset the date.
Smart Connect: All systems are provided a 6 month free trial to the APC (Smart Connect) Cloud Hosted Service. The battery installation date can be changed there.
LCD: You may tell the system the battery has been changed following the user manual as noted on page 11 & 13.
The LCD option is the most direct route for you.
