Can you please help me where to find in the APC website to select power cord? Also, can you please help me recommend a power cord for desktop both US and Europe?

I believe you can try to use this website - [APC Cables|http://www.apccables.com/index.asp]. Keep in mind that this site is maintained and owned by our distributor and not APC. The only cable that we sell are the UPS communication cables.
