I have a old apc 800va back ups and I have come through that batteries they have got spoiled. So i replaced with new battery but I am not getting 12volts charging voltage from inverter. I. Got neary 7-8 volts charging voltage. But when I got connected to 12volt 42ah battery both replace battery, battery low indicators show up and no output power is coming out when input power is off
