No power on some outlet after battery is drained?

Hi, there is a problem with our purchased APC UPS with model bvx1200li-ms. It was purchased last March 2022. The problem is when the UPS battery is drained after a blackout, some power outlet will not supply electricity specifically the CCTV Recorder. PC Monitor and CCTV Recorder are the units that are plugged in the UPS. Please help. Thank you.
