As I connected the battery there was a small spark to the lead. I figured no big deal.
Plugged it in, turned it on, all lights flashing. Tried to hold in the power button to shut down, beeped, and only the top light went out.
I searched around but didn't find this problem...
No idea what's going on here... any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Andrew

Andrew,
Have you tried disconnecting/reconnecting the battery, and then performing a cold-start on the UPS to force it on battery? Something like this might clear but it's unlikely and you'll probably have to have it replaced.
