Hi all picked up the BX 1000G-CA have had it pluged in for two days and it will NOT charge all tests on battery come back as good what's wrong?
I only have the PC plugged in and 234 watts supplied of 600 please help!
Just tried to run self test again and it came back as (Unable to carry out a self test at this time)
Is this unit faulty?

We have seen a few isolated issues with this type of thing. I'd suggest contacting your local technical support team via phone or email and outlining the issue or providing this thread and see what they can offer you as a remedy.

Thank you, I did contact tec support and turns out the unit is faulty. A new system is being shipped to me now, 3 to 5 days shipping is not to bad
Oh and ty for the contact numbers very, very helpful.
