Hello all, I have a SUA1000RM2U that is on the same AC circuit as a small A/C window unit in a small office. When the power browns out, the breaker in the office trips as the APC and A/C unit both attempt to turn on at the same time. Is there a way to delay the APC for a few seconds so this will not happen when the utility power flickers? The settings in the Power Chute software don't seem to cover this, as the delay settings deal with OS shutdown. Thanks for any info.

i believe you can set a delay with either powerchute business edition or a network management card. again, these are delays for when the UPS comes back on after a power outage.

A/C Units no matter what size they are, should have it's own dedicated final circuit, what I mean is the A/C unit should have its own circuit breaker and nothing else attached to the same circuit.
I think it's not possible to delay the UPS.
