NMC Card Web interface Problem

Hi All,

I bought a SMT1000IC today. I configured the network from front panel.

SMT1000IC is at the same network now.

It is responding to ping requests. Also I can see my UPS on Smartconnect Dashboard.

I could not access the web interface. I tried a Telnet connection but no luck. Also I tried SSH connection. Same result again. Telnet and SSH connections are failed.

Am I doing something wrong?

If you want local network access over the LAN you need to purchase and install a NMC.

The Smart Connect RJ45 (Green) Ethernet port does not allow local network access! 🤦‍♂️👎

You can purchase a used AP9630 / 9631 very cheaply on eBay. Once installed you have complete local access, control, management, email, SNMP.

No reliance on a paid cloud based subscription model! 👍
