I just moved to Jamaica with my Back-UPS XS 900 and it doesn't work.
I plug it in, and just the 'On Battery' indicator is lit. But the battery won't charge, and I never see the 'On-Line' indicator light up.
I have tried changing the sensitivity adjustment - but not much luck.
Can someone help me with this please?
Btw, the voltage of my house in Jamaica is 220V. The unit used to work beautifully in the US (Florida, more specifically)
