Momentary Power Interruptions

My Win11 PC seems to be very sensitive to momentary power interruptions (my old Win10 keeps running through them).  I bought the APC Pro 1500VA UPS BX1500M UPS to provide power during these momentary interruptions and set it to High Sensitivity, but it has not helped AT ALL.  What can I do?  The PC reboots every time one of the interruptions occurs.

Provide the following logs from APC Power Chute (PCSS) in their entirety minus any (PI) information: Event, Data, UPS, Diagnostics.

In interim have you confirmed the computer is connected to the protected battery outlets vs surge only?!?
