MGE(apc) Ellipse 500 UPS - Not charging

Hello,

My MGE (APC merged) Ellipse 500 UPS (older model without RJ45 or control software) won't charge its battery.
The battery is ok, and I tried with a new one - no luck.
I think the charging circuit is broken, probably just a small transistor and it's fixed.

Anyone with the same problem?
Is it possible to receive the service manual for this moddel ?

Hi Inbus, do we know if this is a single phase or a 3 phase ups? The reason i ask is because while APC and MGE merged, only the 3 phase products lines were taken over. If your unit is a single phase MGE unit, the you would have to contact Eaton for further assistance with the ups. Hope this helps.
