Hello,

I have been having an issue with our UPS making a loud noise and apparently shutting off. While the unit is plugged into the wall, I press the power button and the green light comes on for about 15 seconds. Then the light goes out and the loud humming begins, even when nothing is plugged into the device. I understand that this may be a battery issue, but I want to be sure before we order a new battery.
