Lost communication usb with ups

Hello!

I don't speak very good English but i will try to say my problem. I have UPS BX700U, i live in Greece. Today i see my ups icon in windows has warning sign. It says "unable communicate usb with ups" (something this). I unistall PowerChute Personal edition and i try to reinstall but now don't install because i have this problem with communication usb-ups. What must to do?
