Today I just bought a BM650M1 APC Backup, but when I got home and connected to a wall power outlet, I only get a blinking red light. Is there something wrong? The manual doesn't offer clear instruction how initially to turn on this device. I was expecting to have a green blinking light instead a permanent blinking red light. Is this product already defective from the get-go? Or do I have to wait 24 hours before I can actually use it? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
