J10 repair

I have a J10 and the fan stopped working. APC doesn't have repair facilities nor can they recommend
anyone else to do the work. It's out of warranty . Anyone know how to do fix this or know who works on
APC products ?

Thanks, I'll give them a try. APC A / V division seems to be lacking. Unfortunately, I may have to switch

over to MONSTER products. With MONSTER It's hard to tell if you're really getting what they hype their

product to be. I'll try fixing what I have first.

did APC already suggest Coastal Business Machines to you? thats our only authorized repair center but i am not sure if they service Audio/Video units. i dont see why not though..
