Is Hong Kong Office Cloese?

Dear Sir

I have ask question about buy new one UPS and repair old one
I email it to HK office staff last friday and they reply me on Mon.
then I reply them about the model number of old UPS
and ask the price of new UPS model.
However,they is no reply anymore

I have tried to phone to HK office.but no one listen it from Monday to Now(friday)

Is it mean that there is no HK office of APC?

The Hong Kong office is still there. I would suggest trying to call them again during the hours below and see if you get through to someone.
