Is BGM2200-GR fanless?

Hello, I would like to know if the BGM2200-GR Back-UPS is fanless. If not, where are the fans faced?

The user manual indicates a output sound level of 45 dBA. It also references an error code of F08 on page 12 as such it does have an internal fan which is most likely installed in the top of the unit where the LCD is where the vent grills are:
