How to Smart-UPS 1000 work with Generator

I have Smart-UPS 1000 and 6.5KVA Generator. But UPS don't work with Generator Power
how to adjust the UPS to work with Generator.

I find out the solution:-
Adjusting Power Parameters in PowerChute to Medium Sensitivity.

Tested Working Fine with Generator

good to hear. lowering sensitivity is the first thing to do when having an issue with a generator.
