How to Smart-UPS 1000 work with Generator

I have Smart-UPS 1000 and 6.5KVA Generator. But UPS don't work with Generator Power
how to adjust the UPS to work with Generator.

Tested Working Fine with Generator

I have problem also. Now I using APC5K and Generator 5,5KVA. Please help us !

good to hear. lowering sensitivity is the first thing to do when having an issue with a generator.
