I just replaced all batteries of my UPS but still it gives Low battery alarm. I already charged it by an external charger before installing but same result..Need help..

hi there 220V,
I know that price is a factor which influence a lot. but, later down the road you will spend more money trying to replace batteries here and there, to patch your system.
So, advice : try to keep the same battery brand( you will get the same mechanical end electrical specs), the same date code on the battery, and also, since you're using small 12V7, try to get them no older than 6 months.
Also, the UPS counter has to be cleared ( get APC to do it), and the UPS will perform and autmatic battery test 24 hours from the moment when it "sees " them fully charged and counter set to 60 months.
If the test fail, you have bad batteries. And if that is true, this is when you are going to start spending more money.

you can try CSB or BB Battery. Personally I use GS and they are pretty good.

it shows 100% charged on the display but the alarm still exist..I wonder if its enough to charge the battery by just putting the load on the bypass and leave the UPS charging? or maybe its necessary to switch off the load just to make sure the UPS is charging the batts? tnx

Yes i replaced the batteries with new coz it was alarming as follows: End of battery life, Batteries or some cell are low.
I installed 48 batteries 12V 7Ah rating same specs with the old but different brand or type.
It is alarming when batt voltage at 315 supposed to be around 324 volts.
It displays Zero life for battery but strange because its showing 100% charged..

The UPS has a dedicated charging circuit and will not charge any faster in bypass or online. The Galaxy Line of UPS has an Internal type of "clock" that counts down from an initial setpoint, normally 48 or 60 months. Once this clock counts down to 0 it will require an APC engineer to reset this with specialized software.

I'm not sure if this is the exact alarm you are getting..

Did you replace your batteries initially as a result of this alarm?
What is the displayed battery voltage?
How many batteries do you have installed?
Did you replace with the same type as removed?
What type of battery do you have installed?
What is your load level?
What is the displayed battery runtime?
What is the Battery Service Lifetime in the battery measurements screen?
