Hello,

I found the user's guide for the BR1500G - it's in English but it explains what the fault codes mean.

F02 On-Battery Output Short - Turn the Back-UPS off. Disconnect non-essential equipment from the Battery Backup outlets and the turn Back-UPS on.

So, can you try what it suggests first? I'd unplug everything if you can.
