Hello,

I'm using Schneider APC BX1400U-GR 1400VA UPS, (PowerChute Personal Edition shows Back-UPS XS 1400U) and I bought it on May 2017.

Today PowerChute suddenly showed me "hibernation - 5 minutes left" message and then when I checked Powerchute, I realized "Estimated battery time" was 5 minutes (normally it's around 35 minutes) when "remaining battery charge" was 100%. There was no power outage before that happened.

Then I tried to unplug UPS from power and battery drained in around 10 minutes (I also turned on my other PC which is connected to same UPS but still it shouldn't be 10 minutes).

What can be the problem? Should I send my UPS to technical service?
